If you have developed a negative way of thinking, it is likely to become a habit very quickly.  This can make you view almost everything in a negative light.  It can make you overthink, ruminate on things, imagine the worst.

These ways of thinking are likely to impact your behaviour making you less likely to embrace opportunities or change.  If you can’t change, you remain in the same situation, feeling the same way, and so the cycle goes. Downwards.  Self-perpetuating.  Negative thoughts, low mood, apathy and reluctance to act, a feeling of helplessness.

Oh wow, I’m making myself feel really bad right now just typing this!

However - happily the opposite is also true!

If you can switch the way you think about things, you will change the way you feel - it’s chemical.  When you change the way you think you will start to feel more positive and optimistic.  You will become more open to change, to challenges, to possibilities.  And of course, once you start to embrace these things your life will change.

As your life starts to change due to your actions and behaviour, you will feel more empowered.  Feeling in control of your life will inevitably lead to more positive thoughts.  Positive thoughts lead to positive feelings, positive feelings to an outward looking perspective on life.  Life with possibilities and opportunities.  New ways of thinking, feeling and acting.

It’s not manifestation, it’s not magic, it’s just about the way we think habitually.  It’s about the way we help ourselves to feel good.  It’s about being open to change and possibilities and LIFE.
