There are no guarantees.  I can only do so much.  As I always tell my weight loss clients - I will not appear like a genie and snatch the mars bar from your hand.

However, if you really want to change and want it for yourself, not because you think you should, not because someone else thinks you should - if YOU really want to change, I can help.

I can help reprogramme your subconscious mind to get past some of the rituals it has developed - the automatic behaviours that you feel as if you have no control over.

I can help break down the associations between emotions and behaviours such as feeling lonely and eating pizza.

I can help you feel good and positive and optimistic about the future.

I can help empower you to make new choices.

BUT then it’s down to you to actually make them. Then it is down to you to listen to that new voice in your head and not buy the cigarettes or not order the pizza. It’s down to you to use the moment between the impulse and the action to make a new choice, a better choice.

Because, although I can work with your subconscious mind, you can still choose to override me, you are free to test it, free to mess around and ‘see what happens if I try to smoke that cigarette’.  And if you’re thinking like that, you don’t really want to stop and you’re wasting my time and your money.

But if you really want to change, if you are ready to change and if you understand that if nothing changes, nothing changes and that means you, then ‘it’ will work.  You can take back control of yourself, but it’s you that will take it forward not me, it is you who has to make it happen and you can choose to make it work… or not.

So it’s over to you. How much do you want it? Enough to make it happen?
